Shipping, Delivery, Duties & Taxes

1. Delivery regions
Orbit Trends currently ships to Australia and approved international destinations shown at checkout.
If a destination is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
2. Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, payment verification and fraud checks.
High-value orders may require additional verification before dispatch.
3. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch:
- Australia: [5–10 / 7–14] business days
- United States: [5–12] business days
- Other international destinations: shown at checkout or provided after order confirmation
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.
4. Carriers
We may use DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, local postal partners, fulfilment-partner carriers or other reputable carriers depending on destination, stock location and service availability.
5. Tracking
Tracking will be provided by email where available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.
6. Shipping fees
Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout. If we offer free shipping, it applies only to eligible destinations/orders and may be changed or withdrawn before order acceptance.
7. Duties, taxes and customs
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees and local charges may apply. Unless checkout clearly states that duties and taxes are included, these charges are your responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or failure to pay import charges.
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay import charges, the parcel may be abandoned, destroyed or returned. Any refund may be reduced by shipping, return, customs, duty and handling costs, subject to applicable law.
8. Delivery issues
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, contact us promptly. We may require carrier investigation before providing a remedy.
9. Risk and title
Risk passes on delivery to your nominated address, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Title passes when payment is received in full and the order is accepted.
10. Split shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will not be charged additional shipping unless clearly stated.
11. Restricted items and destinations
Some items may be restricted by destination, customs rules, sanctions, carrier policies or import laws. We may cancel affected orders and refund amounts paid.
