1. What are cookies?
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or identifiers placed on your device to operate websites, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, prevent fraud and support advertising.
2. Types of cookies we use
We may use:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for site navigation, cart, checkout, account login, security and fraud prevention.
- Performance and analytics cookies: help us understand traffic, errors, conversion and site performance, including session-replay and heatmap tools such as Microsoft Clarity.
- Functional cookies: remember preferences such as region, currency, wishlist and display settings.
- Advertising and targeting cookies: help deliver relevant ads, measure campaigns and support retargeting.
- Social/media cookies: enable content sharing or social-platform integrations.
3. Shopify and payment cookies
Our Shopify storefront and checkout use cookies and similar technologies necessary to provide ecommerce functionality, process payments, manage carts, detect fraud and secure transactions.
4. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics service from Microsoft Corporation, to record and replay anonymised sessions, build heatmaps, and understand how visitors interact with the site. Clarity sets first-party and third-party cookies (for example _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM) and stores associated data on Microsoft infrastructure, including in the United States. You can opt out via our cookie settings or by using browser controls; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
5. Orbit Concierge
Our AI styling assistant, Orbit Concierge, is not cookie-based and sets no additional tracking cookies. It runs within your current browser session, and conversations are not stored by us. See the Orbit Concierge section of our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Consent and settings
Where required by law, we request consent before using non-essential cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner/settings tool and your browser settings.
If you disable some cookies, parts of the Services may not work properly.
7. Third-party cookies
Third parties such as Shopify, Microsoft (Clarity), analytics providers, advertising platforms, payment processors and social networks may place or read cookies in connection with our Services. Their own privacy and cookie notices may apply.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. Where required by applicable law and technically feasible, we will honour recognised opt-out preference signals.
