Promotions, Gift Cards, Store Credit & Discount Codes

1. Promotions

Promotions, sales and discount codes are subject to availability and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn before order acceptance.

2. Discount codes

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes:

• are single-use;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be combined with other offers;
• do not apply to shipping, duties, taxes or gift cards;
• may have expiry dates, product exclusions, customer restrictions or minimum spends.

3. Pricing errors

If a promotion, code or price is applied in error, we may cancel or adjust the order before acceptance and refund any amount paid.

4. Store credit

Store credit is issued in the currency and amount specified. Store credit is not cash, cannot be transferred unless we agree, and may expire only where permitted by law and clearly disclosed.

5. Gift cards

Gift cards are subject to any expiry and minimum-validity rules required by applicable law, including Australian gift-card rules where applicable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

6. Abuse

We may cancel promotions or orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, automated activity, multiple-account abuse or resale activity.
