Orbit Trends is committed to selling genuine products sourced through legitimate supply channels. We review product sourcing, supplier information and product presentation before offering items for sale.

2. Independent retailer/reseller status

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Orbit Trends is an independent retailer/reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by the brand owners whose products may appear on our Services.

Brand names and trademarks are used only to identify and describe genuine products.

3. Sourcing

We source from trusted suppliers, distributors, fulfilment partners and/or brand-authorised channels where available. We require suppliers to provide goods that are genuine and lawfully supplied.

Do not publish “directly from European houses” or “authorised distributor” claims unless we have documentation supporting that claim for the relevant products.

4. Inspection

We may inspect products, supplier records, packaging, labels, materials, product images and other indicators as part of our quality and authenticity process.

5. Authenticity claim process

If you believe an item purchased from Orbit Trends is not authentic, contact support@orbittrends.com with your order number, photos and supporting details. We may request return of the item for inspection.

If we determine an item sold by us is not authentic, we will provide a remedy required by law, including a refund where appropriate.

6. No misuse of trademarks

All third-party trademarks remain property of their owners. Orbit Trends does not claim ownership of third-party brands.
